This full-size cowboy hat is not stitched or shaped from leather — it’s carved, turned, and hollowed from a single block of solid walnut. Every curve of the brim and crown has been carefully refined on the lathe, then smoothed and finished with food-safe oil and wax to reveal the deep, swirling grain.
